This knife is SHARP. It is also well made and beautiful. My other half was very specific on what he wanted as far as size and handle. Finding a 10 inch chefs knife without a rounded handle was a chore in itself and I was worried this one would end up being a flop after hours of searching and comparing online. We plan to get a full set down the road.
