This hula hoop is easy to put together, great weight & easy to use! I’m 73 & I was concerned from some of the reviews about this hula hoop. But I found it easy in all ways. I’m excited it’s working out well & I’m getting much benefit daily!

I like that it is velcro and not a buckle. Easier to put on and take off. But the bottom loop that goes over bottom of foot is a little big. Definitely have to have shoes on to fill the gap for me.
